How a visit works – step by step
On the first visit the device guides through registration. From the second visit on, one tap is enough and check-in runs by face.
First visitone-time registration at the device

The member taps “Register” on the device, which guides them through every step.
- 2Confirm membership
The device briefly checks that the person really is a member.
- 3Give consent
Privacy policy, cancellation policy and terms are confirmed directly on the device.
- 4Capture photo
A facial photo is taken and stored exclusively on site.
From the second visitcheck-in via facial recognition

The member starts check-in at the device with one tap.
- 2Face recognised
GymID matches the face locally and checks the active membership.
- 3Access
Door or turnstile opens. Check-out works the same way.
