How Registration Works
A member registers once, directly at the reader in the gym - after that, every visit works fully automatically.
Member ID & Date of Birth
The member enters their member ID and date of birth - this securely confirms they really are who they claim to be. They then confirm the privacy policy, right of withdrawal, and terms & conditions.
Photo Capture
A facial photo is taken directly at the reader - stored exclusively locally in the gym.
Ready to Go
From then on, check-in, check-out, and automatic unlocking of add-on modules like drinks or wellness work smoothly via facial recognition - no card or chip required.
For Aggregator Members (e.g. Epassi)
For the optimal customer journey, we recommend connecting via the member ID: members from networks like Epassi, formerly Hansefit, check in directly via QR code at the reader - including facial matching.
