9. Privacy Policy for COMI Chatbot

9.1 General

As part of our web offering, we provide a chat service bot through which you can communicate with an automated system.

Please do not enter any sensitive personal data in the chat.

9.4 Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if you voluntarily enter personal data.

9.5 Data Disclosure

Chat histories are only made available to the website operator. No disclosure to third parties takes place.

9.6 Storage Period

The storage period depends on the purpose of processing. Data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required.

You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time, especially for direct marketing or if there are reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

13. Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)

If you have given your consent, we use the Meta Pixel, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta").

Purpose: The Meta Pixel enables us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, to show visitors of our website interest-based advertising, and to build advertising audiences. Your usage behavior on our website (e.g., page views and interactions) is recorded and transmitted to Meta.

Data processed: including IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, interaction and conversion events.

Third-country transfer: Personal data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. Meta is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; in addition, EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) apply.
